He's home!
His rep Annett Wolf tells People magazine, "I am happy to announce that Patrick Swayze is home after a brief hospitalization for pneumonia."
The actor checked himself into the hospital for pneumonia on January 9th. This could have been a major health setback as Patrick battles pancreatic cancer.
