24 year old Kelly Osbourne has been arrested and formally charged with assault after slapping gossip columnist Zoe Griffin, after Zoe apparently called Kelly's fiance Luke Worrell "stupid." The incident happened back on August 29th, 2008 and Kelly turned herself in earlier this month then was released on bail. A court hearing is pending in March.
Seriously, don't fuck with the Osbourne family.
