St. Lucia's tourism minister Allen Chastanet is grateful for the stir Amy Winehouse has caused since vacationing on the Caribbean island. Apparently, her visit has been nothing but positive. Allen told a TV station that the government has sent Amy a "gift basket of local products" for all the publicity she's brought along with her craziness. This comes after reports of Amy exhibiting bad behavior while staying at the 5 star establishment. Really, bad behavior out of Amy Winehouse? Nooo!! Friends and sources close to Amy's new beau Josh Bowman are claiming that Josh wants to remain friends after being embarrassed by her antics in front of other guests at the hotel and the hell she's inflicted on the staff.
In the end, I can only hope the basket included condoms, a tooth brush, deodorant and a bikini that fits.
